J’s Heritage Resort Kodaikanal is a budget yet good accommodation option in the hill station. The purpose of the resort is to make its guests thoroughly enjoy their stay in the resort. The rooms are clean and spacious and the resort also arranges activities such as campfire which don’t fail to enthrall the audience. There are cottages available at the resort for accommodation.
The bigger cottages have a hall, dining space and 2 bedrooms. These cottages are perfect for families or honeymoon couples. The maintenance of the resort is pretty ok, though it could be a little better. Room service is available till 10 pm at night. The hall has sofas with cushions. The scenery from the room windows is excellent. There is also a TV and telephone in the cottage.
All rooms have attached bathrooms with 24 hours hot and cold running water. You can avail of packages that include buffet lunch and dinner. Sight seeing of Kodaikanal can be arranged by the reception on request. The food served at the restaurant is just about ok. Overall this is a budget resort for people who are not looking for extra frills. It is located close to the Kodaikanal Lake.
