The hotel is a 4 star property in Kodaikanal; however it looks more of a budget hotel than the claims made by the hotel. The access road to the hotel is narrow as it is located little away from the main market. The restaurant serves decent south Indian food and other Indian food.
Breakfast in the morning is given complimentary. It is included in the room tariff. The reception desk can arrange sight seeing tours for you. The hotel is surrounded by lush green lawns and hence provides a wonderful sight from the rooms. The staff service is quite ok though there could be more staff to handle the hotel.
